Stratlab Consulting (Pty) Ltd in Pretoria seeks a Head of Franchising to lead and grow an established franchise portfolio, owning the revenue strategy and partnerships.

This is a hands-on, sales-led leadership role focused on closing opportunities, building high-performance teams, and delivering continued territory growth.

Candidates should bring 5–8 years in senior sales or operations leadership with franchising experience and a relevant tertiary qualification.

Our client is looking for a commercially driven Head of Franchising to lead and grow an established franchise portfolio.

This is a hands-on, sales-led leadership role for someone who thrives on targets, people, partnerships and growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the franchising portfolio and R12m annual revenue target
• Lead Franchise Sales, Franchise Operations and Marketing
• Own the full sales pipeline from lead generation to signed agreements
• Drive new franchise/partner acquisition and territory growth
• Personally engage with and close key opportunities
• Oversee partner onboarding, launches and ongoing performance
• Drive Business-in-a-Box sales and the LSEN initiative
• Set and manage commercial, sales and operational KPIs
• Build a high-performance, accountable team

What we're looking for:

• 5–8 years' senior sales and/or operations leadership experience
