You’ll work with clients to define functional and technical requirements, develop planning models, and ensure seamless data integration for budgeting and forecasting. This role emphasizes financial systems optimization and high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in financial accounting or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and IFRS consolidations.
• Proactive leader with ownership of financial reporting automation.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Able to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA experience advantageous.
• Experience with FP&A systems for planning and automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business to define functional and technical requirements for planning models.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate into technical designs.
• Define data integration processes to ensure seamless flow from source systems to finance.
• Implement, test, and optimize FP&A models for budgeting and reporting.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure governance and standards.
• Create financial reporting tools and dashboards for KPIs.
• Collaborate with ERP providers to automate accounting systems.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes across reporting systems.
