Job summary

Decision Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Consultant to design and implement planning and analysis solutions aligned with client goals. You will tailor FP&A models, facilitate workshops, and ensure seamless data integration to support budgeting and forecasting.

You will mentor junior team members, own project delivery, and drive high-quality outcomes across engagements while collaborating with clients and internal teams to optimize financial systems and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, informatics or computer science.
• 7+ years FP&A or EPM experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong FP&A knowledge from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA experience is an advantage.
• SQL experience for data manipulation and modeling.
• Leadership and mentorship capabilities with client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define functional and technical requirements and design planning models.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and craft a solution blueprint.
• Define data integration processes ensuring seamless data flow from sources.
• Implement, test, and optimize FP&A models for budgeting and reporting.
• Produce documentation including specifications, blueprints, tests and training materials.
• Conduct QA testing on solutions to ensure governance and standards.
• Communicate with technology and service managers about client issues.
• Collaborate with project management to plan, track, and assess risks.
• Utilize data modelling to create effective financial reporting tools.
• Lead setup, configuration, prototyping, and testing of FP&A systems.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality delivery as solution owner.
