Job summary

Decision Inc. is seeking an FP&A Manager to design and implement budgeting and forecasting solutions that align with client strategies. You will model planning data, integrate data from multiple sources, and mentor junior team members to deliver high-quality projects.

You will lead FP&A initiatives, optimize financial systems, and partner with ERP providers to automate accounting processes, while supporting month-end and year-end closures. Strong IFRS reporting experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in financial accounting or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and IFRS consolidations.
• Proactive leader with ownership of financial reporting automation.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across teams.
• Able to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA is a plus.
• Experience with SQL for data manipulation and modelling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to define functional and technical requirements for planning models.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate into technical designs.
• Define and develop system integration processes for data flow across sources.
• Implement, test and optimize FP&A models for budgeting and reporting.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure governance and standards.
• Create financial reporting tools and dashboards addressing KPIs.
• Design and implement dashboards for concise financial insights.
• Coordinate with ERP providers to automate accounting systems.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes across reporting systems.
