Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Foundation Phase lessons with focus on literacy, numeracy and life skills.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that supports exploration and learning.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate assessments to monitor progress and provide feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and activities.
• Incorporate play-based learning methods into daily instruction.
