Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for Grades 1-3, focusing on core subjects like Literacy, Numeracy, and Life Skills.
• Implement the South African National Curriculum (CAPS) effectively, ensuring all learning objectives are met.
• Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and curiosity.
• Assess student progress through observation, assignments, tests, and other appropriate methods.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and well-being.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies and resources, including educational technology, to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Organize and facilitate educational activities, excursions, and events relevant to the Foundation Phase.
• Collaborate with colleagues, school management, and parents to support student development and school initiatives.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
