Job summary

Stan Robinson LTD is recruiting an FLT Operative for our Devon Depot. You will handle goods safely, load and unload vehicles, and ensure accuracy and quality of despatch to customers.

Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00–19:30 with overtime when required. A Counterbalance licence is essential and a Reach licence would be an advantage; previous warehouse experience is preferred. You will work with the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain clean, safe operations.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance licence is essential.
• Reach licence would be advantageous.
• Proven experience of working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counter Balance FLT - an additional Reach licence would be an advantage
• Load and unload vehicles safely, avoiding damage to personnel, stock and equipment.
• Receive and put away stock received from manufacturing sites and/or third parties.
• Replenish pick locations and relocate stock as and when required.
• Pick, collate and despatch customer orders.
• Carry out daily stock checks, as required.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Supervisor and colleagues.
• Carry out pre-start checks on material handling equipment.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance is met
