Job summary

Cashbuild Limited is recruiting a Forklift Driver (Internal Applications Only) to operate and maintain the forklift safely, support customer service in-store and merchandize stock per store layouts. The role requires a valid forklift license, Grade 12 or related experience, and readiness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

You will help load purchases and ensure accurate price labelling while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or minimum of 1 year work related experience.
• English and the dominant language of the area.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge all Customers and determine their needs.
• Advise Customers correctly on product.
• Assist Customer with any product queries.
• Assist with Customer complaints timely.
• Add on sales, e.g. paint v/s paint brushes, thinners.
• Load customers purchases safely and without delay.
• Ensure shelf labels are correct and prices are updated.
• Merchandise stock according to store layout and planograms.
• Maintain a safe and obstacle-free area to ensure customer entry/exit.
