Job summary

Sable International is seeking a Client Onboarding and Support Administrator in its Forex SA department to join a fast-paced, client-focused team in South Africa. You will be the first touchpoint for prospective clients, guiding them through onboarding, understanding requirements, and ensuring smooth setups.

The role requires a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business, and an excellent command of English with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Excellent English with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to engage with international clients both telephonically and in writing.
• Methodical, reliable, highly organised with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook; CRM exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first touchpoint for prospective and existing clients.
• Guide clients through onboarding and ensure appropriate solutions are used.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, brokers, banking partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding from enquiry to account activation.
• Review documentation for regulatory compliance (FICA, SARB) and track new registrations.
• Assist with onboarding, account administration and transaction requirements.
• Support with FX transactions and related documentation and BoP reporting.
• Maintain client records, case notes and reporting across accounts.
