Job summary

Sable International is seeking a Client Onboarding and Support Administrator to sit at the centre of the client journey in our Forex SA department in Durban. You will guide clients through onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance (FICA/SARB), and coordinate account activation while delivering exceptional service to international clients.

Ideal candidates hold a finance/economics/business degree, have excellent English communication, be highly organised, and proficient in MS Office with CRM

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Interest in foreign exchange operations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Professional interaction with international clients via phone and writing.
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and coordinate account activation.
• Review documentation for compliance with FICA and SARB.
• Track client registrations and inquiries; advance opportunities.
• Assist introducers and business teams with onboarding and transactions.
• Develop relationships with clients, brokers, and banking partners.
