Job summary

Sable International is seeking a Client Onboarding and Support Administrator to sit at the centre of the client journey. You will guide international clients through onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate initial setups, while delivering high-quality admin support.

The role requires a Finance/Business degree, excellent English communication, and strong MS Office skills to engage with clients, introducers and partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Have a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Have an keen interest in foreign exchange operations, financial administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent command of English with strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management: be the first touchpoint for prospective and existing clients.
• Client onboarding and business support: coordinate onboarding from enquiry to account activation and ensure compliance.
• Operations and transaction management: assist with FX transactions and related reporting.
• Administration and data management: maintain client records and documentation with accuracy.
• Commercial and business awareness: understand client needs to identify opportunities and support the wider Sable Group.
