Job summary

SAB in South Africa invites applications for a highly competitive 24‑month DynamX Sales Trainee Programme. This fixed‑term, structured development path builds commercial capability, sales expertise, and leadership potential through field exposure, customer engagement, and hands‑on experience within the FMCG environment.

Trainees will support sales growth and market share, analyse trends, assist distributors, and complete sales administration and reviews.

Qualifications

3-year Degree or National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
No more than 2 years TOTAL of full-time formal working experience by the program start date.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing customers and distributors to ensure effective market execution and service delivery.
Develop an understanding of sales fundamentals, customer management, and route-to-market principles through structured field exposure.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer insights to support commercial decision‑making.
Complete sales administration, reporting, and business reviews accurately and timeously as required.
Participate in structured learning, coaching, and development activities as part of the Sales Trainee Programme.
