Job summary

SAB invites applications for the DynamX Sales Trainee Programme, a highly competitive 24-month fixed-term development track designed to groom future Commercial Leaders through hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, market execution, and leadership growth.

Trainees will support sales growth, market share expansion, and sustainable competitiveness through structured learning, coaching, and real-world commercial exposure within the FMCG environment. Local area knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-year Degree or National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• No more than 2 years TOTAL of full-time formal working experience by the program start date
• Valid driver’s license
• Local area knowledge is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customers and distributors to ensure effective market execution and service delivery.
• Develop understanding of sales fundamentals, customer management, and route-to-market principles through structured field exposure.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Complete sales administration, reporting, and business reviews accurately and timeously as required.
• Participate in structured learning, coaching, and development activities as part of the Sales Trainee Programme.
