Job summary

DynamX Sales Trainee Programme at SAB Prospecton Brewery in KwaZulu-Natal is a 24-month, segmented fixed-term development path designed to grow future Commercial Leaders through hands-on sales execution, customer engagement and market insights.

Trainees will rotate through sales, distributor management and route-to-market activities, complete administrative duties, and participate in structured coaching and learning to build commercial capability and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• 3-year Degree or National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• No more than 2 years TOTAL of full-time formal working experience by the program start date
• Valid driver's license
• Local area knowledge is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customers and distributors to ensure effective market execution and service delivery.
• Develop an understanding of sales fundamentals, customer management, and route-to-market principles through structured field exposure.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer insights to support commercial decision-making broaden our category.
• Complete sales administration, reporting, and business reviews accurately and timeously as required.
• Participate in structured learning, coaching, and development activities as part of the Sales Trainee Programme.
