Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales management, preferably FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Able to work in a hybrid environment with travel as needed.
