Placements24 is seeking a motivated FMCG Regional Sales Executive to cover Richards Bay and the KwaZulu-Natal region. You will manage existing clients, identify new business, and hit ambitious sales targets with a blend of field and strategic work in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in FMCG sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel across the region while driving growth and reporting with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven FMCG sales experience.
• Strong ability to identify and grow accounts.
• Willingness to travel extensively within KwaZulu-Natal and hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to hit targets and market share.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and prospect new FMCG opportunities within Richards Bay and adjacent regions.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at retailers, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Present and sell company products with tailored benefits for clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure product delivery and support.
• Attend trade shows and client meetings to represent the company.
