Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
• 4–10 years of FMCG relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong initiative and problem solving.
• Proficient MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and leadership abilities.
