Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA desirable).
• Minimum 10 years in sales leadership within FMCG.
• Proven track record leading large teams and surpassing targets.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and relationship management.
• Financial acumen with P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national sales strategy to hit revenue and market share targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a national sales team across the country.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
• Oversee budget, resource allocation, and forecasting for the sales function.
