Job summary

County Fair, a division of Astral Operations Limited, is seeking a Sales Representative for the Cape Town-area business unit in Epping. The role focuses on maximizing sales opportunities across retail accounts and executing effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with retailers, handle inbound inquiries, promote our brands, and ensure on-shelf availability while meeting daily targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• A marketing-related tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
• Sales experience in FMCG is advantageous.
• Must be bilingual in two South African languages.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with retail customers.
• Respond to inbound sales enquiries professionally.
• Promote and grow our brands at retail.
• Negotiate products and prices with clients and manage stock levels.
• Ensure products are displayed on shelf and monitor availability.
• Meet daily targets and regular KPIs.
