Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years in FMCG field sales with leadership experience.
• Able to travel extensively within North West.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to hit volume, value, and market share.
• Coach and motivate the regional sales team to high performance.
• Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Analyze sales data, trends, and competition to identify opportunities.
• Ensure product visibility and merchandising in outlets.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and trade activations.
• Manage the regional budget and report performance to leadership.
• Identify new business opportunities within the North West region.
