Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Mossel Bay and surrounding Western Cape regions. This hybrid role blends strategy with field engagement, leading a sales team and building strong distributor and retail partnerships to drive FMCG growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales leadership track record, deep market knowledge, and the ability to coach teams, manage budgets, and forecast growth across product lines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• 7+ years in sales with 3+ years in management.
• Proven track record in achieving targets in FMCG.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Aufgaben

• Develop regional sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate a sales team across the region.
• Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
• Analyze market trends and adjust sales plans accordingly.
• Run performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.
• Manage regional budget and resource allocation.
• Oversee promotions and new product launches locally.
• Provide forecasts, reports and presentations to senior management.
• Ensure optimal product placement in retail outlets.
