Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in business development, sales management, or related role with targets met.
• Experience in the manufacturing/tech/energy sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business development strategy to hit sales targets.
• Cultivate new opportunities, partnerships and key client relationships in Mossel Bay.
• Lead regional sales team with mentoring and performance management.
