Placements24 is seeking an experienced FMCG Field Sales Manager to lead and develop a regional sales team, driving performance and strong relationships with key retail partners across the region.

You will coach, mentor and manage reps to achieve ambitious targets, implement regional sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and ensure brand standards and compliance in the field. Global travel and a company car are included in the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of FMCG dynamics, retail operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of FMCG sales representatives to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive market share growth.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key retail accounts and distributors.
