Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical qualification is a plus.
• 3–5 years in production or supervisory role, preferably FMCG.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production team activities to meet schedules and targets.
• Monitor processes to uphold quality, safety and efficiency.
• Train and mentor staff to improve skills and performance.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies on the factory floor.
