• 8+ years of experience in operations management, with FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, warehousing, logistics and inventory control in Durban.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of operational staff.
• Manage supplier and service provider relationships for timely delivery.
• Implement robust inventory management to minimize stockouts and excess stock.
