Qualifications

• 4+ years in a supervisory role within FMCG manufacturing.
• National Diploma or Bachelor's in Production/Operations Management.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team.
• Ensure production targets are met efficiently and in line with quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations on the floor.
• Train and develop production staff with performance feedback.
• Manage shift schedules and allocate resources effectively.
