Ideal candidate has 1-3 years in operations/logistics, a relevant degree, and strong communication. This hands-on, office-based position offers growth within a reputable FMCG environment and exposure to a major production facility.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles in FMCG.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities including production scheduling, inventory management, and dispatch.
• Assist in supplier communications and timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor production output and identify bottlenecks.
• Facilitate cross-department communication between production, quality, and warehousing.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and KPIs.
• Support implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for cost-effective transportation.
• Provide administrative support to operations management as needed.
