Placements24 is seeking an energetic Field Sales Representative for the Mossel Bay region in the Western Cape. You will promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and businesses, build relationships, and drive product visibility.

This hybrid role involves regular travel within the territory, remote admin, CRM reporting, and meeting sales targets through in-person engagement. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales experience in FMCG.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
• Present and sell the FMCG product portfolio, highlighting features and benefits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through prospecting and engagement.
• Ensure product placement and visibility in retail outlets through merchandising and promotions.
• Gather market intelligence and report insights to sales management.
• Manage expenses and report activities via the CRM system.
