Job summary

The Recruitment Pig is seeking a capable front-of-house supervisor to lead daily operations in a busy cafe environment. You will greet guests, seat tables, brief the team, and coordinate with the kitchen to keep service smooth during peak hours.

With at least two years of supervisory experience, you will manage cash, tills, and end-of-shift balances, uphold high hospitality standards, and mentor staff to deliver friendly, fast service and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Senior Certificate (Matric).
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising floors in high-volume hospitality venues.
• Working familiarity with busy cafe rhythms and specialty coffee culture.
• Hands-on experience operating modern hospitality POS systems and card machines.
• Reliable cash-handling skills with experience balancing daily end-of-shift floats.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and natural poise during busy peak times.
• A helpful, positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a reliable team mindset.

Responsibilities
