Qualifications

• Proven experience as Flight Dispatcher, Operations Controller, or similar airline operations role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all flight operations in real-time, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with flight crews, ground handlers, and air traffic control to manage flight movements.
• Analyze weather patterns, operational constraints, and disruptions to optimize flight paths and timings.
• Make critical decisions regarding flight diversions, delays, and cancellations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Manage crew scheduling and duty times, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison between departments to resolve operational issues swiftly.
