Placements24 is seeking an Airline Operations Controller for our Paarl hub. You will oversee real-time flight operations on-site, coordinating with pilots, ground staff, maintenance, and ATC to minimize delays and ensure safety.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and vigilant Airline Operations Controller to join their central operations hub in Paarl . In this critical on-site role, you will oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the airline, ensuring flights operate safely, punctually, and efficiently. You will be the central point of contact for pilots, ground staff, maintenance, and other departments, making real-time decisions to manage disruptions and optimize schedules. This position demands strong problem-solving skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a deep understanding of airline operations and regulations.
