You will analyze fleet data, manage maintenance records, liaise with drivers and service providers, and help optimize performance within budget.

The role requires 5+ years in fleet management, a valid driver's license, and relevant automotive qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in fleet management or related field.
• Must have strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in data analysis to generate reports for fleet decisions.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and service providers.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor vehicle performance and conduct inspections for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs across all vehicles.
• Analyze fleet data to identify trends and improve vehicle usage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with drivers to assess performance and address operational concerns.
• Manage relationships with external service providers for servicing and repairs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and repair records for the fleet.
• Ensure adherence to budget while maintaining fleet performance and reliability.
