You will manage daily fleet activities, implement preventative maintenance, analyse fleet data, coordinate with drivers and service providers, and maintain accurate maintenance records within budget expectations.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background with fleet management experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Data analysis skills to generate actionable maintenance reports.
• Strong communication with internal teams and service providers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the fleet, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor vehicle performance and conduct regular inspections for safety compliance.
• Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs for all fleet vehicles.
• Analyze fleet data to identify trends and improve usage and maintenance efficiency.
• Collaborate with drivers to assess performance and address concerns.
• Manage relationships with external service providers for servicing and repairs.
• Prepare and maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs for the fleet.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining fleet performance.
