Job summary

Omnia Holdings' BME division is seeking a Fleet Management Coordinator based at MonteCircle, Fourways, to manage vehicle licensing, ERP data, and driving safety compliance. You will coordinate fleet paperwork, monitor DriveCams and tracking devices, and drive efficiency through policy improvements.

The role covers safety and risk management, financial controls, and service-provider oversight, with a minimum of five years in fleet management and experience with mining clients and Dynamics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3-year Diploma in a related field.
• Mechanical knowledge and experience in fleet management.
• Five years' fleet management experience, including mining-related operations.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Isometrix.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Management: licensing/registration for new vehicles; manage export paperwork; monitor fleet health and maintenance in the ERP; review fleet and driver behaviour reports; update fleet policy and procedures.
• Safety and Risk Management: conduct audits; ensure fleet safety device fitment; lead incident investigations; ensure licensing/registration compliance.
• Financial Management and Efficiencies: manage fleet purchases and disposals; negotiate with providers; reconcile ERP asset register; review cost anomalies.
• People and Service Provider Management: lead departmental objectives; manage relationships with Drivecam/Netstar/insurance providers; oversee ad hoc service providers.
