Job summary

Standard Bank Group is seeking a Fleet Operations Specialist based in Roodepoort, Gauteng. The role focuses on delivering a nationwide fleet management service, ensuring requests are actioned on time and administration is streamlined in line with policies.

You will support Key Account Consultants, Account Managers and Business Development staff, driving efficiency and accuracy in records and diary management, and maintaining high service standards across the fleet function.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Commerce or Office Administration.
• 3-4 years of experience managing an operations capability.
• Understanding of Fleet processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate national fleet requests to ensure timely action.
• Streamline administration processes across the national fleet operations.
• Provide effective support to Key Account Consultants, Account Managers and Business Development staff.

To supply a fleet management service to customers (mainstream and government) by ensuring that on a national basis, all requests are actioned on time, that the administration processes are streamlined nationally and that all staff adhere to policies and procedures. To provide effective back-up service and functions to all Key Account Consultants, Account Managers, Business Development Officers and Business Development Managers.
