The role requires a track record in fleet/auto operations, with 8+ years of experience and 3–5 years in managing fleet teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Fleet or Automotive operations.
• 3–5 years of experience managing Fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee National Fleet Leasing Operations across the Full Maintenance Rental (FMR) portfolio, ensuring effective end-to-end operational delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements by maintaining up-to-date policies, conducting regular reviews and embedding a strong culture of accountability and control.
• Analyse operational data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities, support strategic decision-making and continuously enhance service delivery outcomes.
• Support business growth initiatives by enabling scalable operational processes, ensuring readiness for new client onboarding and contributing to the successful implementation of new products and services.
