Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Fleet Maintenance Manager for a logistics operation based in Vereeniging. You will lead a team of mechanics and support staff to keep the fleet in optimal condition, develop preventive maintenance schedules, and control maintenance costs.

You will oversee repairs, manage the maintenance budget, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and drive continuous improvements across a large and diverse vehicle fleet. A hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fleet management or automotive workshop management.
• Strong understanding of heavy vehicle maintenance and repair.

About the Role
