Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Fleet Administrator to support operations in Polokwane. The role involves maintenance scheduling, record-keeping, and ensuring regulatory compliance for the company’s vehicle fleet.

You will work with the fleet manager and drivers to maintain accurate records, generate reports on usage and costs, and facilitate smooth fleet operations in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fleet administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with South African vehicle regulations is beneficial.
