Placements24 is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to manage day-to-day coordination of the fleet in Rustenburg. This on-site role requires scheduling, route optimization, and effective communication with drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders, arrange transportation, and assign delivery routes to drivers.
• Monitor vehicle location and status using tracking systems for punctuality and efficiency.
• Communicate updates, instructions, and resolve on-road issues with drivers.
• Maintain dispatch logs including driver hours, delivery times, and incidents.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
