Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily delivery routes for the fleet of vehicles.
• Assign drivers to specific routes and vehicles based on availability and efficiency.
• Monitor driver progress and communication throughout their shifts using tracking systems.
• Respond to and resolve any logistical issues or delays that arise during operations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, including driver logs, delivery confirmations, and mileage.
• Liaise with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and information.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding delivery times and updates.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Optimize routes for fuel efficiency and timely deliveries.
