Job summary

Service Solutions in Cape Town is seeking a Branch Operator / Fleet for the Kuils River branch in the Western Cape. You will liaise with customers and other branches regarding bookings and vehicle availability, and you will maintain or arrange services on vehicles.

You will also manage COF renewals, licensing, insurance documents, after-hours breakdowns, invoicing, petty cash, and assist other branches. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and ability to coordinate with

• Liaise with customers and other branches regarding bookings and vehicle availability
• Maintain/Arrange services on vehicles
• Maintain/Arrange for COF on vehicles
• Attending to vehicle licensing
• Attending to Abuse on vehicles
• Attending to Abuse recovery
• Obtaining quotes from Panel beaters for abuse and accident vehicles
• Insurance claim / all relevant documents
• Create workshop RA's - Branch RA's
• Assist with VMR
• Assist other branches
• Assist contract costing
• Responsible for keys in and out to drivers
• Petty cash
• Arranging Insurance confirmations – and claims
• Attending to Traffic fines
• Attending to Breakdowns, after hours standby where required
• Invoicing
• After-hours Standby
