Job summary

LiquidCapital Pty (Ltd) in Edenvale is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Authorisations team. You will manage the capturing, assessing, monitoring and approving of service and maintenance claims, while ensuring call centre performance and daily operations run smoothly.

The role requires a Grade 12 / Matric and a qualified technician (mechanic) with 2–3 years of authorisation call centre experience. Leadership experience is advantageous and motor industry knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Matric required; technician (mechanic) qualification is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years Authorisation Call Centre experience.
• Leadership experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capturing, assessing, monitoring & approving claims by the authorisations team.
• Manage call centre performance and daily operations within the department.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders; provide information on claims.
• Carry out admin duties related to claims and authorisations.
• Prepare monthly reports on claim volumes, spend and concerns.
