Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Fleet Administrator to join our client on-site in Randburg. You will manage vehicle records, coordinate maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the fleet manager in daily operations.

The role suits an organized individual with strong administrative skills in automotive or transportation settings, capable of handling multiple tasks and working independently in a structured office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an administrator, preferably within fleet management or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in an office setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in administration or logistics are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive records of vehicle information, including registration, insurance, and maintenance history.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs with service providers.
• Process invoices and expenses related to fleet operations, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant road safety regulations, licensing, and permit requirements.
• Assist in managing driver-related documentation and compliance checks.
• Support the Fleet Manager with reporting, data analysis, and special projects as needed.
