Job summary

The Shoprite Group of Companies is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support the management and administration of the company’s vehicle fleet, coordinating fleet-related processes and maintaining accurate records.

You will serve as a key point of contact for fleet queries, administer vehicle leases, pool vehicles, disposals, reporting and fleet systems, ensuring operations are efficient and compliant.

Job description

The purpose of the Fleet Administrator role is to support the effective management and administration of the Company's vehicle fleet by coordinating fleet-related processes, maintaining accurate records and serving as a key point of contact for fleet queries.

The role is responsible for the administration of vehicle leases, pool vehicles, vehicle disposals, reporting and fleet systems, ensuring that fleet operations are conducted efficiently, compliantly and in alignment with business requirements. The role contributes to the smooth running of fleet services across the organisation through proactive stakeholder engagement and administrative support.
