Responsibilities
Ensure continuous good state-of-repair of the company fleet.
Compile and update the Fleet Register and Maintenance Plan.
Plan to meet the fleet requirements of the company.
Liaise with servicing agents and suppliers for seamless processes.
Ensure vehicles are licensed before renewal dates.
Track mileage and fuel consumption for early mechanical problem detection.
Implement rotation, purchasing and sales system for the fleet.
Uphold and enforce the Code of Conduct of the Company.
Perform duties of an Intermediate Life Support practitioner if required.

Responsibilities
Ensure the continuous good state-of-repair of the company
Compile, implement and update the Fleet Register and Maintenance Plan for the entire fleet on an ongoing basis.
Effective planning to ensure that the Fleet always delivers upon the fleet requirements of the company
Efficient liaison with servicing agents and suppliers to ensure seamless servicing, fitment and modification processes (this includes collection and service quality checks)
Ensuring that vehicles are duly licensed prior to the renewal date.
Tracking mileage and fuel consumption to ensure optimum economy and to enable early detection of mechanical problems that may develop between services.
Implementing an effective system of rotation, purchasing and sales for the fleet
Additional Duties
You will uphold and enforce the Code of Conduct of the Company and will play a managerial role in maintaining an ethical, disciplined, and responsible workforce within the senior leadership team (all medical and technical staff).
On occasion, if required, you will perform the duties of an Intermediate Life Support practitioner within the EMS operation of the company
