Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related field.
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or financial services.
Proven ability to elicit, document and manage requirements.
Strong knowledge of BABOK, SDLC, and requirement management.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio and SQL is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for developers.
Facilitate workshops with business users and technical teams.
Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Support testing and implementation phases to ensure requirements are met.
