Lesaka Technologies in Free State (Welkom) seeks a proactive Sales Executive to drive merchant network growth and promote our fintech solutions for merchants. You will identify opportunities, engage small business owners, and convert leads into sales, supporting our card payment terminals and POS services.

The ideal candidate thrives on targets, builds strong relationships with vendors, and can travel as needed to grow market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Proven sales experience in a technical or product-driven environment.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive approach to sales challenges.
• Experience in customer needs analysis and tailoring product recommendations.
• Proficient in sales forecasting, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the merchant network.
• Prospect, engage, and convert leads to sales for Lesaka products.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain status on opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to address sales challenges and opportunities.
