Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive culinary experience, including 3+ years as Head Chef or Exec Sous Chef in fine dining.
• Expertise in French or modern European cuisine and advanced culinary techniques.
• Proven ability in menu development, cost control, and kitchen management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative, high-quality menus reflecting seasonal ingredients and trends.
