You will develop and execute a world-class menu, manage the kitchen brigade, and ensure impeccable quality and hygiene. As a senior leader, you will mentor the kitchen team, optimize budgets, and collaborate with the F&B Manager to elevate seasonal experiences for discerning guests.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative culinary skills and a passion for innovative cuisine.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management best practices.
• Exceptional palate, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure in a demanding culinary environment within Sandton.
