Placements24 is seeking an innovative Head Chef to lead a culinary team in a fine dining environment. You will be responsible for menu creation, kitchen management, staff supervision, and delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences to discerning guests.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in fine dining.
• Creativity in menu development and culinary artistry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Deep knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients and presentation.
• Excellent understanding of kitchen hygiene, HACCP and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute innovative, high-quality menus reflecting seasonal ingredients and trends.
• Manage all kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking and plating.
• Lead, train and mentor kitchen staff for efficient workflow and standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety compliance across the kitchen.
• Control food costs, manage inventory and optimize purchasing for profitability.
